Summary

Two rounds, of each couplet, for time of:

  • 750 meter Row
  • 20 Handstand legs on 24" box Push-ups
  • 115 65 pound Thruster 20 reps
  • 20 L-Pull-ups
Notes

I picked up a 95lbs. bar when I got to the gym and damn, it felt heavy. I set up a 75lbs bar, but it owned me after 5 reps, so I dropped to 65lbs. Today felt really difficult.
